Every Monday apart from the 1st Monday of the month at 9.30 -11 am at The Pavilion in Victory Park, Cainscross

We are a group of mums running a community toddler group for mums, dads, grandparents and childminders to come along and meet like minded people whilst the children play. We offer a range of activities linking in with festivals, seasons and other relevant themes all age appropriate.

Free to attend. We are based at The Pavillion in Victory park, Cainscross. Term time only.

1pm-2.30pm Singing Mamas at Lansdown Hall

 

Come join us in making some space for ourselves to just be, to breathe and to sing simple, beautiful songs. We learn by ear in a relaxed and fun way that soothes our nervous system and resources us.

After about an hour of singing we share some tea and cake! Singing Mamas isn’t your average ‘mum and baby’ group. While little ones are warmly welcomed, the focus is on grown-ups! It's a time and space for all women to feel nourished, cared for, and connected.
